  • Evokes memories of joy, happiness, comfort, and security
  • Fills your space with the scents of winter holidays without the toxins in candles
  • Perfect to use during holiday gatherings
  • Fabulous to gift to friends (add a diffuser or a Thieves Cleaner!)

Christmas Spirit is a sweet, spicy blend of essential oils that taps into the happiness, joy, and security associated with the holiday season. Not only does it smell like perfection without attacking your respiratory system like synthetic scents, but it is also an effective way to work through the many emotions and memories that crop up during this time of year.

Christmas Spirit is a beautiful medley of three quintessential winter oils:

  • Orange: has a bright aroma that promotes feelings of joy, peace, and happiness; high in limonene, which is great for the immune system
  • Cinnamon Bark: the oil of wealth from the Orient, this spicy sweet oil is reminiscent of holidays and is supportive of immune health.
  • Black Spruce: like other tree oils, spruce promotes feeling of balance and grounding which are often needed during the holidays.

KEY CONSTITUENTS Constituents are naturally occurring compounds in plants (and therefore essential oils) that give them specific health-supporting properties

  • Monoterpenes: can support the respiratory system, are responsible for many immune system support properties of essential oils.
  • Sesquiterpenes: may stimulate the limbic system of the brain, help lower brain waves from overly active to focused or from focused to meditative, help elevate the mood and calm the body.
  • Limonene: known for its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-stress support, this is a powerful constituent with many health benefits.

CHRISTMAS SPIRIT & EMOTIONS The oils in Christmas Spirit not only smell incredible and festive, they are wonderful emotional support tools!

Orange and other citrus oils are bright, happy and help stimulate creativity. When we are overwhelmed emotionally or are feeling undervalued or not heard, our creativity can suffer. Citrus oils, especially Orange, can help us shift our focus back towards our needs when we use them intentionally!

The Spruce and Evergreen family of oils are the ones to reach for when you feel like you are comparing yourself to others, are feeling undervalued or as though your unique voice has no place.

Cinnamon Bark is spicy and sweet, alerting to the senses and the mind. It can help move sadness and grief through the body as it physically warms the skin and helps us stay in our bodies (versus constantly being in our thoughts and emotions) so we can process and heal.

Stop for a moment and breathe deeply, connect to what is truly happening in your body and emotions and use this oil blend to help get your body back into safety. Read more about how to process and release emotions in this powerful book Releasing Emotional Patterns with Essential Oils.
